October Update: Product Management in 3D and Default Positions

- Set camera views freely
- Download pattern files, customer files and order sheet
- Automatic renderings and file sync per production facility
New product management in 3D
You now create products in the Product Management directly in the 3D Designer. Whatever you set up is visible on the product straight away, instead of having to check it in the designer first. A guided path takes you step by step to a working product.
A lot of what you used to do by hand is now handled by the 3D Designer. It automatically creates the thumbnails, as well as the images for your designs, camera positions and default positions. This means a new product is ready much faster.

Default positions for logos and text
With the new product management, you can now maintain default positions. Previously, your customers could only select the side of the product when placing items. Now you set fixed positions, for example "left chest" for logos or "club name" at the top of the back for text.
You determine size and position directly in the 3D Designer. Your customers then simply select the position, and their logo sits exactly where it belongs on this product. This makes designing good products even easier for the customer.

Free camera positions
Camera positions are no longer tied to predefined sides. You move the camera freely around the product and save exactly the view you need.
This lets you set the right perspective for every product and every part, including areas that are hard to see from the front, back or side, such as the inside of a collar.
Download pattern files, customer files and order sheet
For every order, you can now download all pattern files as a ZIP, together with the files your customers have uploaded, and the order sheet as a CSV. So before an order goes into production, you no longer need to gather anything individually.
The order sheet is also available separately as a CSV. This lets you import the order data directly into your own systems, for example into your inventory management or a production list.

Revised orders with data sheet
We have revised the design of orders. For every design, the 3D Designer now automatically creates a data sheet with all the information about the design.

Automatic design renderings for every order
For every order, the 3D Designer now automatically creates renderings of the design. This means you immediately have images on hand, for example for coordinating with production or with your customers, without having to take screenshots yourself.

File system sync per production facility
You can now sync the files of your orders with a file system per production facility. Each production facility automatically gets its files in its own folder, and you decide how the files are sorted there. The sync is part of the Facility Management.

Conclusion
With the October update, you create products directly in 3D, and images, thumbnails and positions are generated automatically. Default positions and free camera positions give you more control over how your customers design. Further updates are already in progress.
